Ruling Coalition Partners Call for Support in National Assembly Election

Kathmandu: The political parties within the ruling coalition have jointly issued an appeal, urging voters to support and make the coalition candidates victorious in the upcoming National Assembly election.

The appeal emphasizes the common goals shared by the coalition, including the protection of the Constitution of Nepal, strengthening the democratic republican system, achieving sustainable peace, good governance, development, prosperity, and social justice.

The joint appeal states that political stability is crucial for the country's progress, and the coalition is committed to consolidating the democratic republican system, ensuring political stability, and fostering durable peace, good governance, and prosperity. The parties caution against potential efforts to weaken the coalition during the election and stress the importance of voters standing firmly in support of the coalition.

The ruling coalition has nominated candidates for the National Assembly election, and the joint appeal calls on voters to cast their ballots for these candidates, aiming for overwhelming victories. The coalition candidates include prominent figures such as Krishna Prasad Sitaula, Champa Devi Karki, Ananda Prasad Dhungana, Puja Chaudhary, Bishnu Devi Pudasaini, Jit Jung Basnet, Shree Krishna Prasad Adhikari, Ghanshyam Rijal, Manarupa Sharma, Kiran Babu Shrestha, Padam Bahadur Pariyar, Bishnu Kumari Sapkota, Jhakku Prasad Subedi, Krishna Bahadur Rokaya, Sabitri Malla, Bishnu Bahadur Bishwokarma, Renu Chand, Baldev Bohara, and Narayan Datta Bhatt.

Leaders including Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda,' Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, CPN (Unified Socialist) Chair Madhav Kumar Nepal, Janata Samajwadi Party Chair Upendra Yadav, Nagarik Unmukti Party Chairperson Ranjita Shrestha, Loktantrik Samajwadi Party Chair Mahantha Thakur, and Rastriya Janamorcha Chair Chitra Bahadur KC have endorsed the joint appeal.
